About the Authors:
A founder of Drums On Demand, Quint Randle has been a gigging musician, songwriter, and journalist for more than 20 years. He also founded Gig Magazine and has had articles published in Guitar Player, Mix, Recording Engineer/Producer, and other publications. Randle's gigs have ranged from midwest coffeehouses, to Nashville's Bluebird Cafe, to rock clubs on the Sunset Strip.
Bill Evans is the editor in chief of Front of House magazine and the former editor of Gig. A professional journalist for nearly two decades, his work has appeared in Bass Player, Entertainment Today, Los Angeles Times, and other publications. Evans has been a gigging musician since 1975, and has fronted an R&B dance band called Rev. Bill and the Soul Believers for the past 14 years.
